This Thursday, I applied for my Alien Registration Card. My fingerprints are on file now, so can't have my big crime spree as planned. Seriously though, this card is key for foreigners in Korea. To do pretty much anything with Korean websites, you need one of these. Afterwards, I met my coworkers in the lab at SNU, who seem like a big, fun, smart family! I'm really excited to start work in September. The lab has great facilities and some fascinating projects in soft robotics, mimicking designs found in nature.

I trekked over to the Korean War Memorial. I wish I'd had more time - there's a cool collection of planes, boats, tanks, etc... used during the Korean War.
